The apartment is located on the first floor of one of the most beautiful and fascinating buildings in the area, equipped with a lift; it has been recently renovated, is large and comfortable, and consists of an entrance hall, double bedroom, living room with dining area and double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Just below the house, you will find delicious restaurants, irresistible shops and all the charm of one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods!
In the beating heart of Trastevere, you will be a few steps from Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, the Botanical Garden, the market of Piazza San Cosimato and the Lungotevere. A few meters from John Cabot University, you will be at "walking distance" for Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Vatican, while with a few bus stops you will reach the Colosseum and all the other great attractions of Rome.

GETTING AROUND
Via Garibaldi, in the heart of Trastevere, is the ideal starting point for exploring Rome. This picturesque neighborhood, with its cobbled streets, is famous for its authentic and lively atmosphere and unique views, such as Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, one of the oldest and most iconic squares in the city.
A few minutes' walk away are important attractions such as the Gianicolo, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of Rome, and the lively Campo de' Fiori, with its historic market and nightlife animated by numerous bars and restaurants. Piazza Navona and the Pantheon are also within easy reach, offering a journey through the Baroque wonders and the testimonies of Imperial Rome. For those who love walking, the historic center is within easy reach: the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica are a short distance away, as is the characteristic Testaccio neighborhood, famous for its traditional cuisine and lively nightlife.
SANTA MARIA IN TRASTEVERE
Nestled in a quiet corner of Trastevere's focal square, this is said to be the oldest church dedicated to the Virgin Mary in Rome. In its original form, it dates to the early 3rd century, but a major 12th-century makeover saw the addition of a Romanesque bell tower and glittering facade. According to legend, the church stands on the spot where a fountain of oil miraculously sprang from the ground.
TIBER ISLAND
The Tiber Island has always been a place of mystery, wrapped in legend, surrounded by the river and forever tied to the origins of Rome. Since prehistoric times, the island has been the easiest point of crossing the river towards the commercial roads to the north and south of Rome and it was certainly not by chance that the first and most ancient of the city’s river ports was born right in front of it.

As you lose yourself down the winding cobblestone streets and dive into an authentic Roman trattoria, or listening the street performers you'll soon discover why everyone falls in love with this magnifico quartiere 'just across the Tiber' as its name suggests.
